Dr. Ethan Abbott
Dr. Ethan Abbott is a distinguished attending physician and former T32 Research Fellow in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. Board certified since 2014, he honed his expertise at Jacobi/Montefiore and previously served as the assistant program director for Emergency Medicine at SBH Health System. Dr. Abbott is currently focused on groundbreaking research in the use of Large Language Models for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients, blending clinical excellence with academic insight.
Dr. DJ Apakama
Dr. Donald “DJ” Apakama is a clinician, mentor, and innovator deeply involved in national committees focused on health IT and emergency medicine informatics. He extends this nurturing approach to his positions on diversity and inclusion committees, both nationally and within his hospital.
